Product Replacement
The company reserves the right to replace the product only if the product is faulty or if the product does not correspond to the order. If the buyer makes a mistake, the store reserves the right to replace the product. You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
Notice: Products requested for replacement must be in good condition and unused with invoice slip as attached evidence. When your request is noticed, we will proceed your refund within 7 days.

Order Cancellation and Refund
During 3 days after delivered date, customers can make a request for fully refund by showing the receipt. This situation applies if the company made a mistake by delivering the wrong product or if the product is damaged or harmed from delivery.
In case if a customer want to cancel the order after the purchase, customers are allowed a refund with 10% reduction if the request is made before delivery, and 50% reduction within 7 days after the product is delivered. Customers need to return the product to our store with the receipt by walk-in or postal parcel to our store's address:
